Custom ROM download latest crDroid v10.8 based on Android 14. Unified Stone untuk Poco X5 5G (Moonstone) dan Redmi Note 12 5G (Sunstone)

Custom ROM download crDriod v.10.6 Android 14 Unified Stone untuk Poco X5 5G (Moonstone) dan Redmi Note 12 5G (Sunstone). This most recently build at July 10th, 2024. I don't test it yet, but i'm certain it will work as flawlessly as it previously build version was.

This is an official build rom for unified stone device (sunstone or moonstone). It can used for both Poco X5 5G and Redmi Note 12 5G. You need the unlocked bootloader devices and custom recovery installed before you make any action. I recomend PBRP or Ofox for convenient flashing.

Until this updated post (per Sept 18th) we spotted 4 differrent build wich is dated as 20240909 wich was posted at official telegram channel for moonstone and 3 other dated Sept 14th, 15th,16th consecutively at sourceforge.

If you want to choose latest build, you can choose 3 build below, shorted as build date:

All links refereed to sourceforge. It is looks like the maintainer pushing the change too much? As I don't know what the purpose of this three consecutive build is, I don't dare to recommend you using theese version. Whatever you chose, you take all the risk on your own.

Install crDroid

Installing the ROM is eazy to begin with. if you alredy have a custom recovery. Wether it TWRP or another customezied like Orange Fox (Ofox) or Pitchblack Recovery (PBRP).

Pre-installation:

  1. Latest regional HyperOS firmware installed
  2. Recovery (from download page, recovery button)
  3. Optional gapps (from download page, gapps button)

First time installation (clean flash):

  1. Backup your data to PC, OTG flash drive
  2. Boot to fastboot and flash recovery
    fastboot flash boot boot.img
  3. Boot to Crdroid recovery
  4. Format Data
  5. Now sideload crDroid zip
    adb sideload crDroid.zip
  6. Install gapps (optional)
  7. Reboot to recovery
  8. Now sideload gapps.zip
  9. Reboot to system

Update installation:

Via OTA:

  1. Go to Settings -> System -> Updater and download latest build
  2. Choose install and let it finish
  3. Reboot
  4. After rebooting to system if gapps crash
  5. Reboot to crDroid recovery (volume up + power button)
  6. Sideload gapps again

Dirty Flash:

Note for who wanted to dirty flash from previous build or version: set up lockscreen with password instead of patter lockscreen. It will make your custom recovery asking your password to decrypt internal storage. then you can install it directly from internal storage, and you don't need to wipe your data partition.

Reinstall Custom Recovery

After the ROM installed properly, you can boot into the bundled stock recovery (if exist) and then swith to the inactive partion. Then, choose reboot to recovery.

If you have PBRP recovery (wich is i'm using right now) before installing the ROM, you should boot into PBRB. Here you can install custom recovery image you have to "Both Partition" so you can boot into custom recovery. You need TWRP .img file for stone to do this, because I don't have PBRP .img file.

If you want PBRP back, simply flash the PBRP zip file to get back tth PBRP
